See (and feed) the animals from the beautiful, treed back yard with fragrant flowers. Spread out in the spacious house that feels like a real home, not a hotel suite. Then get in your car and explore multicultural Mesa or head east for amazing trails. We particularly recommend Mekong Plaza if you like Asian food (several restaurants and a huge supermarket), the Riparian Preserve in Gilbert (level paths, amazing bird life and a fishing pond), the Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix (pricey, but takes hours to explore), Usery Mountain Regional Park, Lost Dutchman State Park (many short trails in each), and the Picket Post Trailhead, where you can pick up the Arizona Trail and L.O.S.T Loop. For ANY walk or hike, though, bring more water than you THINK you will need.

My Husband and I enjoyed our 5 days at The Farm! We enjoyed feeding the horse and the chickens in the back pasture! It was a relaxing stay and everything that we needed was there for us! It was nice to be able to attend a Minor League Game across the street too! The location was good and close to the stores and a church that we attended! I enjoyed sitting in the back yard and soaking up the Arizona sun!!

Small enough to take care of but big enough to stretch out and live easy

The property completely meet our needs during our stay in Arizona and located within area of events we were attending. It was clean, quiet, in a safe walkable area, well stocked, had all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. We had one small issue with the outside grill. We told Lori, and within the same day had arranged for maintenance to repair the grill and had it fully functional. If you are looking for a property in Peoria area, would recommend this house. Lori was super easy to work with. She quickly responded every time I contacted her.

Our daughter and her husband, and our son come to AZ annually. Oir granddaughter stays with us. The three adults had a very comfortable and quiet stay. I would rent this place over and over

My daughter and granddaughter stayed with me while visiting my other daughter who lives in Peoria. Fortunately another granddaughter and her family came from Utah and also stayed in the area. We really loved this house because of the location, layout, comfortable furniture and beds. It was clean and well decorated. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking a meal. Our favorite part of the property was the back yard and pool. We spent time out there every day. Being October and all of the rain they had prior to our visit the water was cold but we still sat on the edge and put our feet in. I bet it is awesome in the summer. We really appreciated Lori the property manager as she stayed in touch with us from day one. We will definitely choose this house again on our next visit to our Az family.

We stayed at the Agave Adobe to check out Sun City. The house was very well stock from coffee to all the pot and pans one would ever need. Great location with restaurants, stores and and shops close by. A great seating area outside to enjoy the morning sun. Highly recommended!

We had a previously-booked house nearby inform us the day prior to arrival that they’d had a plumbing leak and we wouldn’t be able to use the house. I found this new place in short order, and Lori the host was very responsive in confirming the booking as we were pretty concerned about landing in Phoenix the next day without a place to stay. We had five of us (my wife and three of our boys - 10,13,15) and everyone loved the place, especially the pool for the hot days we had. Thanks!

The property fully met our expectations . This is our second stay, and have fully enjoyed it both times. The house was very clean, and stocked. It is a safe area with lots of paths to walk. We had plenty of space to have family visit during our stay. Lori was very easy to work with, and answered my questions promptly.

Very nice property and is exactly as listed. The neighborhood was quiet & the amenities were very comfortable. It was a bonus to have addition bathroom supplies and nice to have some kitchen spices for cooking. Highly recommend. We will stay again.
