Luxurious Phoenix Vacation Rentals

We had such a fun time with our extended family. The pool was great for the kids. The house was extremely clean. The host was very communicative. I couldn't have asked for a better trip.

Boys golf week for tourney at MVCC and this house worked out perfectly! 4 bedrooms to accommodate our group. Was clean and furniture/bedding all seemed in great shape and relatively new. It was very quiet neighborhood and the backyard alongside of hole #8 was amazing. Spent lots of time out by the pool after the rounds enjoying drinks and dinner. Thunderbird is busy with traffic so there is some street noise but nothing overbearing and you get used to it in a short period of time. Rental company was extremely responsive and very easy to work with. Will absolutely consider it again for future tournaments!

We came to Goodyear from Sacramento for a family member funeral. We were already grieving and feeling somber and lost. Our host was gracious, understanding and flexible. She gave us the space we needed to grieve, spend time with family and enjoy the home in peace. The home reminded us of our previous residences as previous residents of Goodyear so it was comforting. Although we paid to warm the pool, we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it except my grandson…so it was worth every penny. We grilled and hosted our family members to delicious meal. Thank you Lori! You are an amazing host and I hope to engage you again as a host when we return to Goodyear in the future!

Our stay at Desert Tiki was very enjoyable! House was clean and our guests really enjoyed the property. The host was super responsive and easy to talk to, and responded very fast. The level of communication made our stay that much more enjoyable!

Very clean property. Some of the most comfy beds I've stayed in in a very long time. More than enough space for the amount of people that stayed. Would have liked some cleaning supplies and extra paper products to assist during our 10 day stay. Lori and her team were very respectful and answered all questions and concerns in a timely manner. The pool was definitely the highlight of the stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house served all of our needs and then some. The backyard and pool were amazing! And Lori was so easy to communicate with through the whole process!

We were in town for a graduation and this was the perfect house for our family. It was brutally hot during our stay and the pool and beautiful back yard made the heat much more tolerable. Plenty of space for everyone, house was clean and in a great location. Lori was very kind and helpful and the check in/out process was easy! We had a great time!

We appreciated that both the house and the backyard offered all sort of spaces for family/friends to gather and visit.

We stayed at Desert Tiki for 8 days. The home is just as described and pictured. Lori was wonderful and responded quickly to any questions we had. We cooked breakfast and a few dinners and kitchen had most everything we needed. For a long vacation some Tupperware would be nice to store left overs but it wasn’t a huge issue. The beds were very comfortable and the house is so spacious. We had 8 in our group and the sectional sofa and bean bag fit all of us comfortably to chill and watch tv in the evenings. The backyard is amazing and set up so well. The outdoor furniture was so nice with some for laying by the pool in the sun and some on the porch in the shade. All were able to enjoy. Location was good. Lots of restaurants and grocery close by and the area seems somewhat newish and growing so probably will only getting better. We would definitely stay here again!
