This property had everything our family needed! Communication with the rental company was great and all the amenities of home were there to make our stay convenient, comfortable and memorable. The outdoor TV was a great touch. We also golfed a couple rounds at the neighborhood Estrella Golf Club which was a great experience. Attended several games at Goodyear ballpark which was just a 15 min drive. Highly recommend this property, we’d definitely book again!

The property and location are a-okay for the western area of Phoenix. Enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood.

We had such a fun time with our extended family. The pool was great for the kids. The house was extremely clean. The host was very communicative. I couldn't have asked for a better trip.

Boys golf week for tourney at MVCC and this house worked out perfectly! 4 bedrooms to accommodate our group. Was clean and furniture/bedding all seemed in great shape and relatively new. It was very quiet neighborhood and the backyard alongside of hole #8 was amazing. Spent lots of time out by the pool after the rounds enjoying drinks and dinner. Thunderbird is busy with traffic so there is some street noise but nothing overbearing and you get used to it in a short period of time. Rental company was extremely responsive and very easy to work with. Will absolutely consider it again for future tournaments!

This was a great place to stay for my husband 3 children and I. The kids all had their own rooms which was amazing. The master bedroom was so spacious and the king size bed was great. The two different TV sitting areas were great even though we didn't really use them. The backyard was great, pool was perfect, there were chairs for laying out and the patio was perfect. Kitchen was a good size and had everything we needed. All around a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed staying here to attend Dodgers spring training. The house itself, is lovely with comfortable beds, nice backyard and it is located in a good area. It was a 14 minute drive to Camelback Ranch which was awesome and super close to restaurants and grocery stores.

This home was absolutely perfect and Lori was a wonderful host. I would recommend this home to anyone who is going to be visiting the Phoenix area. The pool area was beautiful and the house was very well done. Thank you so much again for everything. Scott

Avondale Gem was an excellent location for our stay in Arizona. Having brought our elderly parents to the area for a family reunion we were so happy to find these pristine accommodations located just 5 minutes between two family residences. I only wish we had had the time to enjoy the pool and all of the water "toys." We hope to return on our next visit to Arizona. Seems perfect for a family with children.

Overall the house and property were great! There were 6 adults on our trip and we enjoyed the space and all said how comfortable the beds were. Our only disappointment was that we paid for a heated pool, which was heated, but not nearly as warm as we were expecting. The pool only got up to 80 degrees. The local temps didn't get above 72 during our stay. We are from WI and typically have pools heated to 85-90+ degrees. Had we known it wouldn't have been that warm we probably wouldn't have paid the extra $300. In addition, an appliance replacement got scheduled the day before we left and the repairman showed at 7:30am waking the house up. We weren't notified they were coming till 8:30am... by that time he had come and gone. We all thought this could have waited till the next day when we checked out. But again overall, the home and property were great!
