We lovingly call this home one of the TWINS. One of two matching homes on the same street…both are available if you are looking for the perfect place for a larger group. Please contact us if you are interested in both!
From the moment you enter the gated courtyard of this home you will be struck by it’s uniqueness as well as it’s attention to detail. You enter through a gated courtyard with a nice little area where you can come out and enjoy your morning coffee. When you enter the home you immediately notice the poker table as well as the grand living room and kitchen area. The living room features ample seating with a large sectional and chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal or make vacation worthy drinks (includes a Margaritaville margarita machine!) to sip by the pool. There is seating for 6 at the dining table, as well as seating for 4 at the kitchen island.
The home features a master bedroom with queen bed and luxurious ensuite bath, and three other bedrooms featuring two queen beds and a twin day bed. Also two additional bathrooms and a full sized laundry room.
Outdoors you will find dining with seating for 6, 4 lounge chairs for soaking up the Arizona sunshine, a gas bbq, as well as an outdoor bar seating area with additional seating for 6. This is all capped off by a sparkling heated pool and a relaxing view out the back fence of the wash. The back yard is a quiet, private, paradise…perfect for relaxing and enjoying your vacation.
***Pool may be heated for an additional $80 per day. Please mention if you would like this at the time you book and we can invoice you separately.***
We want your vacation experience to be everything you hoped for and more! Our home is triple checked before you arrive to make sure it’s safe and clean. We are available via Airbnb/VRBO messenger if issues should arise during your stay.

Payment Schedule – 50% due at the time of booking, 50% due 60 days prior to arrival.
Damage Deposit – A pre-authorization of $950 is due 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure.
Cancellation Policy –Guest receives full refund (less $200.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 120 days before arrival; No refunds within 120 days of arrival.
