This home is a gorgeous and incredibly welcoming 1926 sq. ft. 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom rambler with complete backyard privacy on a quiet street. As soon as you walk in you will notice that it was fully furnished with upscale furnishings and a beautiful fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen also has a coffee/beverage bar complete with a Keurig for your early morning coffee or late night beverages. Plenty of pool towels are provided, along with bath towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and soap in each bathroom. The master bedroom boasts an extra comfortable king bed. The other 3 bedrooms include 2 queen beds and a set of twin beds for the kids.

Outdoors, enjoy the Arizona heat as you float in the large backyard private pool or relax in the shade on the covered patio. The backyard is complete with a propane grill, patio seating, and comfy lounge chairs by the pool, and a great play area for the kids. There is a removable pool fence, if you would like that installed prior to your stay please let us know.

Unfortunately, this particular home does not currently have a pool heater. AZ Desert Vacations manages multiple homes throughout the Phoenix area. If this is a required amenity for your stay, please inquire about alternative options.
