The main level features a huge fully stocked kitchen, comfortable livingroom with extra large SMART TV and dining to seat 8. There is also a STEAM SHOWER and fun game room featuring a pool table, ping pong, foosball and poker table. Heading upstairs, you have a master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath as well as a queen bedroom and a second bedroom with two sets of twin over twin bunks. Downstairs features a second master suite with king bed and ensuite bath as well as two additional king bedrooms. Each level has a second bath as well. There’s plenty of room for everyone!

Outside there is ample seating for all with a gas firepit, dining table and lounge area with additional seating by the pool giving you plenty of areas to find shade, or soak up the Arizona sun!

There are plenty of pool towels and bath towels, and basic toiletries are provided, along with hairdryers. The kitchen is fully stocked as well. The house has keyless entry, for which you will receive your own personal code for check-in the day prior to arrival.

The pool can be heated for an additional $50 per day. Please let us know if you would like the pool heated so we can invoice you for that.

This home has a gas pool heater. Heaters take 2-3 days to heat a pool therefore pool heat must be requested a minimum of 5 days prior to your stay. Gas pool heater is able to maintain a pool temperature of 80-87 degrees.
